The Vent-Axia Lo-Carbon Sentinel Kinetic CSH R SELV is a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery unit designed with an integrated cooker hood canopy for kitchen installations.

This right-hand brushed aluminium model combines whole-house heat recovery ventilation with a discreet kitchen cooker hood, making it a practical choice for new build properties and energy-efficient homes. The unit is designed to fit within a 600mm wide aperture above the hob and can be installed with horizontal or vertical ducting options to help suit space-restricted applications.

When the cooker hood is opened, the MVHR unit automatically switches to boost speed, while the summer bypass opens to help prevent cooking by-products entering the heat recovery cell. The cooker hood also includes removable metal grease filters, low energy light bulbs and an integral fire damper for added safety.

The SELV version allows the required clearance above an electric hob to be reduced from 650mm to 550mm, making it suitable for kitchen designs where installation space is limited. With integrated digital controls, plug-and-play control options, BMS connectivity and self-diagnosis features, this unit is designed for straightforward commissioning, operation and maintenance.
