Product Overview

The S&P DECOR-100 CHZ is a compact 100mm axial extract fan designed to remove humid, stale air from bathrooms, toilets and other small domestic spaces. It is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting and can discharge directly outside or through a short length of circular ducting.

An integrated electronic humidistat automatically activates the fan when the relative humidity rises above the selected level. The humidity setting can be adjusted between 60% and 90% RH, allowing the fan to respond automatically to moisture generated by showering, bathing and other everyday activities.

The adjustable run-on timer allows the fan to continue operating after the humidity has fallen below the selected level or after the connected switch has been turned off. The timer can be adjusted between approximately 2 and 20 minutes, helping remove remaining moisture and odours from the room.

The DECOR-100 CHZ also includes a neon operation indicator and an automatic back-draught shutter, which helps prevent outside air from entering when the fan is switched off. As a “Z” model, it is fitted with a long-life ball-bearing motor for reliable operation.
