Product Overview
QUAL-PE-RT is a high-performance raised-temperature polyethylene pipe designed specifically for underfloor heating (UFH) applications. Its lightweight and highly flexible construction allows for fast, efficient installation with minimal effort, making it an ideal choice for both residential and commercial heating systems.
The pipe features a smooth internal bore, ensuring excellent flow characteristics while reducing pressure loss and minimising the risk of deposits forming within the system. A 5-layer construction with an integrated EVOH oxygen diffusion barrier protects metal components within the heating system from corrosion, guaranteeing long-term, leak-free performance.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Lightweight & Flexible
PE-RT material bends easily into place, allowing quick installation and tight pipe layouts without the need for special tools. -
Oxygen Diffusion Barrier
Integrated EVOH layer prevents oxygen ingress, protecting pumps, manifolds, and other system components from corrosion. -
Smooth Internal Surface
Improves water flow efficiency, reduces pressure loss, and limits scale or deposit formation. -
Long Service Life
Designed for underfloor heating and radiator integration systems with a guaranteed lifespan of up to 50 years. -
Reliable & Leak-Free
Multi-layer construction ensures durability, strength, and long-term system integrity.
