Regulation Programs

Hexamotion units are available in 5 different regulation programs, available with right or left access depending on airflow direction:

SEASON – Optimized for temperate climates, adjustable flow rates, summer/winter heat exchanger operation.
FIRST – Self-regulating with active temperature management for efficient energy consumption.
PREMIUM CO – FIRST features + changeover water coil for temperatures down to -20°C.
PREMIUM DXR – FIRST features + changeover R410A coil for temperatures down to -20°C.
PREMIUM BE – FIRST features + electric heater for temperatures down to -20°C.

Controllability

Hexamotion units offer 6 flow rate modulation options for optimized energy consumption:

SEASON – Manual fan speed adjustment via potentiometers.
ECO – Fan speed adjustment via two airflow settings (LS-HS).
Lobby® – Constant pressure mode with adjustable fan speed.
Diva® – CO₂-based airflow modulation with sensor integration.
Mac2® – Constant airflow modulation (except sizes 05 and 08).
Quattro® – CO₂-based constant airflow modulation (except sizes 05 and 08).

Ductwork Insulation Recommendations

For best performance, we recommend using Metal Spiral Ducting and Fittings. To ensure airtightness and durability:

Apply duct sealant to male fittings.
Push components together.
Seal the joint with aluminum duct sealing tape.

✅ Ducting in cold areas (e.g. loft spaces) must be insulated with at least 25mm thick material with thermal conductivity ≤ 0.04W/(m·K) to prevent condensation. ✅ Intake and exhaust ducts should be insulated even if there is no loft space. 🚫 Bubble wrap insulation is not compliant with building regulations.
