Controllability

The Zehnder ComfoAir units come with optional boost switches and room sensors for demand-controlled ventilation.

Wall Controllers

Room Sensors

• Zehnder AQR: Remote air quality sensor that increases flow rate automatically based on pollutants (hydrogen, CO, methane, etc.)
  • Adjustable overrun timer (2-40 minutes)
• Zehnder PIRR: Passive infra-red movement sensor that increases flow rate based on detected movement (up to 7m)
  • Adjustable overrun timer (2-40 minutes)
• Zehnder HHR: Humidity sensor that increases flow rate based on relative humidity (30-90%)
  • Adjustable overrun timer (2-40 minutes)
• Zehnder THR: Temperature sensor that increases flow rate based on temperature (5-35°C)
