Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are passive wall vents?

Passive wall vents are non-powered ventilation openings installed through an external wall. They allow air to pass naturally into or out of a property, helping to support background ventilation.

  • Can passive wall vents help with condensation?

Passive wall vents can help improve airflow, which may reduce condensation in some cases. However, condensation can also be caused by poor extraction, high moisture levels, insulation issues or a lack of whole-home ventilation.
