The Ubbink Ventilation Tile Inline UB19 Plain Tile Vent (PTV) – Multiple Base, Anthracite is a high-performance roof ventilation solution designed for use with plain tiled roofs. Featuring a streamlined, hooded design, the UB19 integrates neatly into the roof covering while providing effective ventilation for roof voids at both high and low levels.

Manufactured from durable injection-moulded polypropylene, the UB19 offers long-lasting resistance to weathering and UV exposure. With a large free vent area of 22,000 mm², it delivers excellent airflow performance, helping to reduce condensation and maintain healthy roof spaces.

The UB19 is suitable for most roof finishes and can be adapted for additional applications. When used with the appropriate accessories, it can be converted into a terminal for soil ventilation or mechanical extract systems, making it a versatile choice for both residential and light commercial projects. The vent is suitable for installation on roofs with a minimum pitch of 35°.
