The Zehnder Caladair Silvertop 52 First Eco is a high-performance MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) unit designed for commercial use. It provides efficient energy recovery, exceptional air quality, and long-lasting performance.
Additional Zoning Options
Optional extras are available for enhanced control over the zoning of your Caladair Commercial Units. Zones can be managed with the following solutions:
- PIR Sensor – Detects occupancy and increases airflow automatically
- CO₂ Sensor – Monitors CO₂ levels and boosts airflow when needed
- Wall Switch – Manually increases airflow with a simple switch press
- Light Activation – Boosts airflow when the light is turned on

BMS Control – Adjusts airflow and zones via Building Management System (BMS)
The electric duct dampers are adjustable to provide different airflow rates when open or closed.

Heating & Cooling Options
Choose from a range of heating and cooling accessories:
- Electric Preheater – Prevents frost damage to the unit
