Performance & Installation

Solid Rigid Ducting – Provides superior airflow performance compared to flexible PVC or aluminium ducts.
Compliant with Part F Regulations – Ideal for use in ventilation systems and ensuring high-efficiency air circulation.
Sealed Connections – For optimal airtightness and durability, use plastic ducting sealant and aluminium duct sealing tape. Simply apply sealant to the male fitting, push together, and seal with tape.
Quick & Efficient Installations – Use self-sealing fittings to save up to 70% installation time, with easy dismantling for maintenance.

Insulation & Condensation Prevention

To prevent condensation in cold areas (e.g., lofts), ensure the insulation is 25mm thick with a thermal conductivity of 0.04W/m·K or lower.

  • Insulate intake and exhaust ducts in warm spaces to maintain system efficiency.
  • Wrap PVC ducting in 25mm rockwool duct wrap with a silver foil face for ideal insulation.
  • Bubble wrap is no longer compliant with building regulations for ducting insulation.
