The Zehnder Caladair Neotime 1300 First Eco is a high-efficiency Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit designed for commercial applications. It offers advanced zoning options, heating & cooling accessories, and smart controls for optimal energy savings and indoor air quality improvements.

Additional Zoning Options

Optional electric duct dampers can be controlled by:

  • PIR Sensor – Detects occupancy and increases airflow
  • CO₂ Sensor – Detects high CO₂ levels and adjusts airflow
  • Wall Switch – Manually increases airflow
  • Light Sensor – Adjusts airflow when lights are switched on
  • BMS (Building Management System) – Controls zoned areas and unit settings
  • Dampers – Configurable to various airflow rates when open or closed

Heating & Cooling Accessories
