Dimensions

Ductwork Insulation Recommendations

For best performance, we recommend using Metal Spiral Ducting and Fittings. To ensure airtightness and durability:

1. Apply duct sealant to male fittings.
2. Push components together.
3. Seal the joint with aluminum duct sealing tape.

✅ Ducting in cold areas (e.g. loft spaces) must be insulated with at least 25mm thick material with thermal conductivity ≤ 0.04W/(m·K) to prevent condensation. ✅ Intake and exhaust ducts should be insulated even if there is no loft space. 🚫 Bubble wrap insulation is not compliant with building regulations.
