Integral Humidity and Co2 Sensor
The Adroit Unit have internal humidity and Co2 sensors that can provide a superior demand-controlled ventilation solution for your property
This is possible, as due to changes to humidity and CO2 levels that occur through changes in occupancy or usage, the ventilation will boost or reduce to match demand, without the need of manual intervention.
Total filtration
Filtration is very important and the Airflow adroit has a unique and highly effective triple filter design containing two ISO Coarse>75% (G4) grade filters and one ISO ePM1 (F7) filter on the supply and extract air flow path to create an ultra-hygienic environment.
This filtration system improves the air quality and provides additional air filtration by preventing particles as small as pollen from entering the premises. This is of particular benefit to those that suffer from asthma or hay fever and other respiratory conditions, this unit also complies to the latest regulations of ISO 16890
CONTROL OPTIONS
The DV145 Adroit unit shall be controlled by one of the following:
- Wall mounted 4 speed manual controllers
- Adroit digital controller
- Adroit Cloud through the Internet or local network using laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc.
- BMS via LON or KNX through a PC or a central control system
- On-demand ventilation through built-in humidity and CO2 sensors
- Additional external sensors achieving on-demand ventilation
- Switched live signal from light/remote switches
Optional ADROIT DIGITAL CONTROLLER
The optional digital controller provides significant information to the user regarding the performance of their Adroit system including adjusting the ventilation levels, filter maintenance, separate fan control, faults in the system and commissioning the system and intuitive end user functions
The DV145 Adroit is controlled via 4 ventilation profiles controls providing the following features:

Heat Exchanger
This unit has a high-quality PVC counterflow heat exchanger with a 90% thermal efficiency protected with high-capacity filters on each side
The heat exchanger is easy to remove for maintenance and any accumulated condensation is easily dispersed via a drain at the bottom of the unit
High performance Motors
The Airflow Adroit units have high performance, low energy consumption EC fans with backward curved impellers design providing a quiet operation and achieving low specific fan power values.
The fans are easy to remove allowing easy maintenance and repair
Frost Protection
The standard unit has a traditional frost protection method, the outdoor air is pre-heated before passing through the heat exchanger. This way the unit could still provide balanced ventilation even when the frost protection was on. However, the electric heater kicks in intermittently hence consumes more energy than needed.
The EPH model with heater has a new Smart Frost Protection method that works in a more energy efficient manner which constantly monitors the heat exchanger conditions and uses the frost heater only when necessary. This significantly reduces the energy consumption and provides more heat recovery throughout the winter season.
If located in a very cold climate or if Passive house approval is required, we recommend the EPH model with a supply air heater (0.9 kW), which comes built-in as standard with the Adroit EPH unit models to prevent the heat exchanger from getting damaged by frost during extreme winter temperatures (-15C).

The unit shall have a dead man's switch preventing the fans from still running, which will enable the filters to be changed and maintained,

The Adroit DV145 can be right or left-handed and correct orientation should be checked before purchase

acoustic performance with a hygienic easy to clean surface that will last a lifetime
Certification
